LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE DESIGNS:

At Design Cast Concrete, all our product designs are 2 – 3 times lighter than conventional concrete furnishings.  Design Cast products are manufactured with a lightweight engineered wood core that allows us to produce a strong yet relatively light product.  For example, the 66" x 40" coffee table  in the above picture would weigh approximately 500 lbs if cast in a solid piece.  With our manufacturing methods we can produce this top at 200lbs.  Good news for shipping.  Good news for practical use within an interior environment that needs flexibility of furniture movement.
